- The Loyalty Program is valid at all hotels of the MIRROS HOTELS GROUP chain;
- The card is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person(s);
- Discounts and benefits are valid from the next check-in at the hotel of the chain;
- Points are accrued upon the first check-in;
- Points are accrued and calculated according to the tariff: 1 ₽ = 1 point;
- Discounts are not combined with other discounts, promotions, special offers and promo-rates;
- Discounts and benefits, as well as the accruals of points are valid only in case of direct booking;
- Discounts and benefits are valid for no more than three rooms in case of one booking;
- It is necessary to present the card to the hotel employee in order to receive discounts and benefits;
- The lost card can be recovered with saving the accumulated points;
- The Administration reserves the right to make changes in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program;
